Recent Renovations:

  • Large interior demo scope included removing:

    a. conveyor system related to two-property beverage/ bottling operation

    b. bottling production room

    c. excess office space in expansion portion of bldg.

    d. former cold storage insulated walls in main warehouse

    e. truck/machine washing rooms

    f.  bathrooms and other offices in the center of the main warehouse. ​

  • New LED lighting throughout warehouse and exterior

  • White boxed warehouse walls and re-painted columns

  • Warehouse floor repairs and patching

  • Upgrading main office space and office bathrooms, installing separate warehouse bathrooms, and upgrading the shipping office in the expansion portion of bldg.

  • New ground floor mounted HVAC units.  The BTU output of ARU 1 is 1,750,000. The BTU output of ARU 2&3 is 2,700,000. We also have (3) rooftop units that are 3T, 7,5T, and 10T, respectively. 

  • Exterior landscaping upgrades

  • Fire life safety upgrades (new fire alarm, underground fire loop, sprinkler heads, etc.)

  • Upgraded ADA car parking

Other Building Highlights:

  • Approx. 3 miles from NJT/I-95 Exit 7

  • Approx. equidistant to NYC and Philadelphia

  • Convenient access to warehouse labor (Trenton MSA)

  • Secluded campus set upon 33.9 acres (19% coverage ratio), providing 3-4 acres of excess land on the stoned north lot (up to 125 trailer drops) and another 1-1.5 acres on the concrete east lot (50-55 trailer drops).

  • Above market electricity capacity (at 480V) is  4,100 Amps with ability to increase with additional improvements

  • Dock leveler capacity of 15,000 lbs
